2015 Service Assessment has been sent to clients
The 2015 Service Assessment has been sent to clients. In previous years the traditional Word versions had presented some difficulties to some respondents. Therefore in an attempt to improve the process, this year we have used an online facility. The online questionnaire is anonymous, and respondents are asked to answer 10 questions on:
- Translation requests and quotes;
- Translation query process;
- File transfers;
- Quality of translation;
- Terminology used;
- Invoicing;
- Quality/price ratio;
- Rates;
- Third party feedback;
- Overall assessment.
In 2014 the Service Assessment was sent to both agencies and direct clients. Unfortunately, the agencies appear unwilling to spare a few moments to provide this feedback and some were quite displeased with the time these questionaires would take to be answered should all translators send them. For that reason, in 2015 we have sent the Service Assessment to direct clients only.
All constructive responses are welcome and answers provided will assist us with our programme of continuous improvement.
