Interesting project – Translation of Another Children’s Book from Portuguese to English

Q4 of 2016 was once again full of good surprises and interesting challenges. Amongst these, the invite to translate another children’s book from Portuguese to English. This project, which began some years ago, already allowed Monica Machado to translate a few titles in this same environmental collection. The small book, to be used to teach children a little more about elephants, their importance in the ecosystem and the risks these species face in the World and particularly in Africa, was beautifully presented with fantastic drawings and a touching story. This book collection is even more important because its stories are based in true facts and tell children the real dangers wild animals face.
