Mozambican Prawns in avocado sauce
Ingredients (for 2 people):
800 g of wild prawns (size 20/30)
150 g of butter
2 garlic cloves 1 piri-piri
20 tbsp of beer
1 pinch of salt
Prepare the prawns by deveining them. Season with garlic, piri-piri and salt. Add the beer and leave it to marinate for a few minutes.
Fry the prawns in butter for 3 minutes.
Serve with avocado sauce and slices of lemon.
Prepare the avocado sauce by mixing 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, half of a piri-piri, 1 tsp of lemon juice, a pinch of salt and 2 stoned avocados. Use a mixer to obtain a smooth sauce.
